This article particularly studies the second level sources of Italian law concerning the promotion and support of the socio-educative function of religious orators. Fifteen years after the introduction of the so-called Volontè law the contribution examines the present status quo of this system of source.s. lt recalls how all regions in ltaly have progressively adopted specific norms to protect orators.
