L'articolo si propone, dopo aver circostanziato la fattispecie dell'assenza del parroco, di offrire alcune indicazioni concrete per la stesura di tali norme. Can. 533 § 3 entrusts to the diocesan bishop the task of establishing norms that guarantee pastoral care by means of a priest with due faculties in the absence of the parish priest and reflects the concern of the Church not to leave the faitliful, even for brief periods, without the means necessary for ensuring continuity of pastoral care. After having illustrated the circumstances of the absence of the parish priest, the article proposes to offer some concrete indications far the drafting of such norms. | ||
