The Author focusses on the figure of Assistant Novice Master, by highlighting the difference between "helpers" of the Novice Master (among whom is included the Assistant Novice Master) and the other "collaborators" of the same Master, having a more external and offhand role. About the Assistant Novice Master is underlined the fact that he enjoys a vicarial ordinary authority, and therefore his peculiar relationship with the person and the role of the Master, in the light of a unity of formation that respects the personal freedom of the Novice. | ||
