With its decisions swinging between traditional and innovative solutions, the jurisprudence of the Roman Rota does not offer univocal criteria for examining the relationship between the faith of spouses and the validity of marriage. This study stresses the fundamental importance of adherence to the original divine project of marriage, highlighting the limits of a merely human understanding of the matrimonial consent and bond. | ||
