Two different situations are especially taken into consideration: when the church, while being reduced to profane use, remains an ecclesiastical good (property); when on the contrary it also loses its ecclesial nature (cf can. 1257 § 1). Under various situations, are delineated, then, the necessary acts and the order according to which they should be performed; a reminder is raised about the need to harmonize correctly the canonical and the, civil fuifillments |
