Description
Summary:The contribution analyzes, with reference to the reduction to the profane use, but not sordid use, of a church, the existing relationship between the canomcal acts and the civil acts, and the need for their coordination, by making reference to the situation in Italy. Two different situations are especially taken into consideration: when the church, while being reduced to profane use, remains an ecclesiastical good (property); when on the contrary it also loses its ecclesial nature (cf can. 1257 § 1). Under various situations, are delineated, then, the necessary acts and the order according to which they should be performed; a reminder is raised about the need to harmonize correctly the canonical and the, civil fuifillments
