Summary: | The theological depth of the Psalm 103 is illustrated by the synchronous-intertextual analysis of its various links with the Old Testament prophecy. This research analyses the intertextual references of Psalm 103 within the prophetic books of the Old Testament. Through this broader horizon this text is given a multi-perspective character, since every new literary text reveals new dimensions of meaning in the framework of its context. The analysis summarizes the results of this synchronous-intertextual analysis, using tables, followed by those evaluation results of the intertextual aspects in the prophetic books of the Old Testament, which have significant contentual and linguistic parallelisms (keyword compounds and motivic and thematic similarities) with Psalm 103. This way an intertextual interpretation can open new dimensions of meaning for the understanding of both texts. |
