Desde la perspectiva del Supremo Tribunal de la Signatura Aspostólica,a quien compete la vigilancia sobre la recta administración de la justicia, se analizen sus diversas competencias. En primer lugar la función judicial del Supremo Tribunal en relación con los recursos formales sobre sentencias rotales. Después se analiza la competencia contencioso-administrativa de la sectio altera de este supremo tribunal. La parte más amplia delartículo está didicada a la función de vigilancia sobre la recta administración de la justicia que compete a la Signatura Aspstólica. Concluye el estudio con un elenco el el que se analizan diversas facultades especiales del supremo tribunal. The present article analyses the situation of the administration of the justice in the ecclesiastic Courts of the Catholic Church. Diverse competencies are analyzed from the perspective of the Supreme Court of the Apostolic Signature, to whom compete the alertness of the straight administration of the justice. First the judical function of the Supreme Court in relation with the formal resources on Rotal judgememts. Later it is analyzed the contentious-administrative competencies of the sectio altera of this Supreme Court. The most important part of this article is dedicated to the function of alertness on the straight administration of the justice that competes to the Apostolic Sugnature. The study concludes with an index in which there are analyzed diverse special powers of the Supreme Court | ||
