Este artículo, una vez vista la perspectiva de la cultura "disolubilista", y repasada la estructura de la mcommunidad conyugal, estudia la voluntad matrimonial concreta y los modos en que puede quedar efectadad por dicha mentalidad, teniendo en cuenta no obstante la potencia del ius connubii y la eficacia de la voluntad naturalmente suficiente. Concluye el estudio con la presentación de laguna propuesta av'cerca de las causas de nulidad y de la acción que puede ser desarrollada en la Iglesia y en el mundo para recuperar la confianza en que el matrimonio indestructible es un bien personal, familiar y común, y para favorecer su reconocimiento y protección en los nordenamientos civiles. In certain area of the Catholic Church we are present, increasingly, at the proliferation of what can be qualified as "divorce mentality". This article, once dress the perspective of the "dissolution culture", and revised the structure of the conjugal community, studies the matrimonial concrete will and tzhe manners in which it can remain affected by the above mentioned mentality, bearing in mind nevertheles the power of the ius connubii and the efficiency of the naturally sufficient will. The study concludes with the presentation of some offer about the reasons of nullity and about the action that can be developed in the Church ad in the worls in order to recover the trust in which the indestructible marriage is a personal, familiar and common good, and to favour his recognition and protection by civil legislations | ||
