Developing countries need to adopt a twotiered approach to climate change: In the short term, technologies need to be put in place to help people deal with problems associated with climate change. In the long term, there must be concerted efforts to restore creation to its original state of grace before anthropogenic interventions deformed the face of the earth. | ||
