| Resumo: | Romano Guardini has inherited the category of New creation from St. Bonaventure and the so-called "physico-mystical theory of Redemption". This paper shows its persistence and relevance in Guardini's thought (between Christology and theology of creation) and especially in his soteriology: Jesus Christ himself is the New creation, Son entered into the world and world returned to the Son.
