Eine inhaltliche Konkretisierung für den medizinischen Bereich, die sich auf Kindesrechte bezieht, wird entwickelt. Für die Definition des Kindeswohls bedarf es eines gesellschaftlichen Diskussionsprozesses. Der Respekt vor der graduell möglichen Autonomie der betroffenen Minderjährigen durch deren Zustimmung gehört zur Realisierung des Wohls. Abwägungsfragen im Bereich medizinischer Therapieentscheidungen werden abschließend dargestellt. | ||
