Σύνοψη:The Religious Status Inventory (RSI), a widely used English language measure of Christian religious practice and maturity, has been subjected to factor analysis in which 6 first-order factors and 1 second-order factor were found. The basic dimensions on which the scale was constructed were only partially confirmed. This study factor analyzed an Estonian translation of the RSI utilizing Estonian students and church members. Fourteen first-order factors were found after varimax and promax rotations. These results are interpreted in terms of the differing aspects of Estonian religious life and the quality of the translation.
