| Sumario: | The present Code leaves significant room for local Churches to create a particular law which takes into account different socio-cultural contexts. In this regard, the legislative competence of episcopal conferences is very important for the adaptation of universal law in the territory of their conference. This work of adaptation is more necessary in the young Churches of central Africa which nonetheless are lagging behind in accomplishing this task due to a lack of experts and difficulties of the pastoral order. The national episcopal conference of Cameroun is the first conference in the region of central Africa to have deliberated Norms complementary to the Code. The author offers a presentation and a commentary on these Norms. Le Code actuel laisse un espace significatif aux Églises locales pour créer un droit particulier qui prenne en compte les différents milieux socio-culturels. À cet égard, l'activité législative des Conférences épiscopales est très importante pour l'adaptation du droit universel dans le territoire de leur compétence. Ce travail d'adaptation est davantage nécessaire chez les jeunes Églises d'Afrique centrale qui accusent pourtant un retard dans l'accomplissement de cette tâche, à cause de la carence d'experts et des difficultés d'ordre pastoral. La Conférence épiscopale Nationale du Cameroun est la première Conférence de la région d'Afrique centrale à avoir délibéré des Normes complémentaires au Code. L'A. offre une présentation et un commentaire de ces Normes. |
