The first section provides some general remarks about the General Instruction of the Roman Missal, particularly its history and evolution. The second section discusses the various types of liturgical adaptations in light of the Second Vatican Council and the 1983 Code of Canon Law. The third and final section focuses primarily on the various opportunities for adapting the General Instruction of the Roman Missal and identifying how this has or has not occurred in Canada. | ||

Là où cela convient, on procède à des comparaisons avec des adaptations du même genre qui ont été promulguées par les conférences des évêques de l'Australie, de l'Angleterre et du Pays de Galles, de l'Écosse et des États-Unis d'Amérique.
