To avoid a relativism whose dangers have been denounced by Pope Benedict XVI, without falling into a complacency that would 'domesticate the Holy Spirit', in the words of Pope Francis, she compares the use of the law conditionally called 'normal' with the philosophical history of the natural law. She demonstrates the importance of these two approaches, whose methods could be mutually enriching in service of an ethical construct, provided that scientists, jurists, and moral theologians are mutually introduced to the methods that they do not know, and provided that they respect the creative imagination without which the very image of the other can disappear. | ||

Elle montre l'intérêt de ces deux approches dont les méthodes pourraient s'enrichir mutuellement au service d'une éthique à construire, pourvu que les scientifiques, les juristes et les théologiens moralistes s'initient mutuellement aux méthodes qu'ils ignorent et respectent l'imagination créatrice sans laquelle l'image même de l'autre peut disparaître. | ||
