总结:This article frist briefly presents the concept of akribeia and then a more detailed account of oikonomia in the Orthodox Churches as the bases for a second Marriage. Thereafter, the application of oikonomia is presented in the sphere of Divorce and second Marriages. While according to akribeia, the Matthew clause is interpreted as grounds for Divorce, according to the principle of oikonomia, this clause can be applied to different life situations. Some catholic theologians and canonists have tried to appy the principle of oikonomia to the dissolution of consummated and sacramental Marriages. However, these proposals have been expressly rejected by the Magisterium. The solution presented by Joseph Ratzinger in 1972 would only allow remarried divorcees to receive Holy Communion. In light of recent statements by Pope Francis, the tradition of oikonomia might be a possible solution for these members of faithful.
