Il titolo cristologico paolino di Ultimo Adamo (cf.1cor 15,45) come pure la cristologia adamitica tende direttamente alla descrizione di Cristo e in secondo luogo a quella dell'uomo; per questo incuriosisce la tendenza della teologia recente a considerare il rapporto Cristo-Adamo dal punto di vista dell'antropologia teologica. Questo libro tenta di recuperare il contenuto cristologico e soteriologico del confronto biblico e patristico tra Adamo e Cristo, parte dallo studio della figura di Adamo nel libro della Genesi. Poi ci sono le analisi delle cristologie adamitiche di San Paolo e dei padri e scrittori ortodossi ed eterodossi sino a Sant'Ireneo di Lione, cui e dedicato lo spazio piu ampio. Completano il quadro un excursus sulla gnosi e un'appendice sul parallelismo Adamo-Gesu nella storia dell'arte. Mauro Gagliardi, ha studiato filosofia e teologia a Napoli e Roma ove ha conseguito licenza e dottorato in teologia presso la Pontificia Universita Gregoriana. | ||
