Sumario:Historically, the Pentecostal and charismatic traditions have opted for a basic Arminian view of predestination and election. This article responds to two recent articles on predestination and election by Chris Green highlighting some concerns about his view. As a means of preserving divine freedom and based upon the doctrine of the sovereignty of the Spirit, Pentecostals and charismatics are encouraged to consider afresh a Reformed understanding of predestination and election.
