Damit wird zweitens eine Heuristik angeboten, um pflegepolitisch induzierte oder verschärfte Anerkennungsdefizite sowohl in der Gruppe der Pflegebedürftigen als auch bei den Pflegenden zu identifizieren. Die anerkennungstheoretische Analyse stützt sich dabei auf die Auseinandersetzung mit dem theoretischen Ansatz Axel Honneths. Auf dieser Grundlage werden drittens fundiert durch die Pflegebedürftigkeit als Schlüsselkategorie in allen Anerkennungssphären zentrale Gerechtigkeitskriterien für eine lebenslauforientierte Pflegepolitik formuliert. | ||
| 520 | |a Starting from a description of major social-ethical challenges in the field of care policy, this essay analyses, first, the specific situation of care receivers and care givers with regard to the anthropological leitmotif of vulnerability, focusing in particular on vulnerability caused by social structures. Second, a heuristic means is presented to identify deficits of recognition for both care receivers and care givers induced or aggravated by care policy. This recognition-theory-based analysis relies in the main on Axel Honneth's theoretical approach.
