AB L'indissolubilité du mariage n'est pas le pardon. L'une et l'autre notion n'ont pas les mêmes fondements, ne posent pas les mêmes questions. Le présent article explore une voie qui affirme nettement l'indissolubilité (a priori) du mariage tout en ouvrant à la possibilité d'un acte de pardon-réconciliation (sacramentel) envers les baptisés « divorcés- remariés ».
AB The indissolubility of marriage is not the same as forgiveness. One and the other notion do not have the same foundations and do not raise the same questions. The present article explores a way which clearly affirms the (a priori) indissolubility of marriage while being open to the possibility of a (sacramental) act of pardon/reconciliation for those who are baptized, divorced and remarried.
