Pastoralpsychologische Diagnostiksollte nicht einfach in Vorgaben zur Optimierung kirchlicher Pastoralplanung hochgerechnet werden. Insgesamt hat Kirche gegenwärtig weniger ein personales Optimierungs-, sondern ein strukturellesDiversitätsproblem: Um mit unterschiedlichen Menschen über Gott und die Welt ins Gespräch zukommen, braucht man eben möglichst unterschiedliche Menschen. | ||
| 520 | |a The German study of pastoral care provides solid research results on the situation of pastoral careworkers of the Church. In doing so, the central hypothesis that ecclesial spirituality is a decisive controlfactor for life satisfaction and occupational commitment is disappointingly shattered. Spirituality cannot simply be used as a resource of late modern self-optimization practices. Concerning the receptionof the study, first effects of a pastoral agenda setting can be recognized as well as the danger of normative‚ short circuits‘. Pastoral psychology diagnostics should not simply be included in the guidelines for the optimization of church pastoral planning. All in all, the Church is currently dealing with the issue of structural diversity, rather than personal optimization: in order to interact with various people about God and the world you need people as different as possible. | ||
