Sie besitzt bestimmte Stärken, ihre Entstehung aus vor‐ und frühmodernenKontexten lässt jedoch spätmodern Innovationsbedarf entstehen. Zu dessen Bestimmung kann an diedrei impliziten Leitbilder angeknüpft werden, denen die Ortsgemeinde folgt: der Institution, der Organisationund der Gruppe. Interpretiert man die entsprechenden Traditionen für die Spätmoderne neu,folgt daraus ein arbeitsteiliges Verständnis der Sozialformen, das Evangelium auf vielfältigen Wegen inseinem jeweiligen Kontext mit unterschiedlichen Menschen zu kommunizieren. The form of the parish dominates the pluralistic landscape of the ecclesiastical social welfare systemsin Germany. It has particular strengths but its development from pre‐ and early modern contexts resultin the current postmodern need of innovation. In this regard, the three implicit guiding principlesof the parish are illuminating: the institution, the organization, and the group. If one reinterprets theprevailing traditions for the postmodern world, one will gain an understanding of the social welfaresystem based on the sharing of responsibilities and tasks. Thus, the Gospel is communicated in diverseways in its particular context with different human beings. |
