It is argued, ultimately, that Rollins’s hermeneutic of the crucifixion contravenes the very co-ordinates that he has set up for his own theological-political project and argues for critically rethinking the way that otherness is conceived of in the hermeneutics of the emergent church milieu that Rollins is proposing. | ||
