Summary:The article addresses the differences between Judaism and Christianity in terms of forgiveness and reconciliation. In the Book of Exodus, the death of Egyptians signify punishment on sinners while the Gospel of Matthew addresses the opposite when Jesus called for forgiveness on sinners and love for enemies. Both of the biblical passages emphasize the love of God for His people because He is their source of hope.
