Resumo:The article reflects on the meaning of power depicted in the letter to Ephesians 3.21. It explores the abuse of power by King David of Israel by using his political influence to seduce and summarily dismiss Bathsheba. The author asserts that the power described in the gospel passage might be characterized as one that is intended for feeding and healing. She emphasizes the role of the power of the Spirit in helping Christians to be filled with the fullness of God.
