Resumo:This book is an anthology of all but one of the papers read at the symposium held at Rosemont College, Feb.1991. The symposium was organized to address the relevance of those principles in Rerum Novarum to the concerns of the poor, the needs of the underdeveloped countries of the world, the rights and obligations of workers of the world, the plight of minority victims of racism and sexism, and the role of business leaders, labor leaders and government leaders in bringing these principles to fruition.
