AB Nach einer Einleitung über den Weg, der vom Konzil zum neuen CIC geführt hat und den damit einhergegangenen Problemen geht der Autor auf die Frage des Rechts in der Kirche ein. Anschließend werden verschiedene Themen aus dem CIC behandelt, so z.B. die drei Munera Christi, die verschiedenen Gewalten in der Kirche, die Laien und Kleriker, das geweihte Leben etc. Danach geht der Autor auf die Systematik des neuen Codex ein und stellt einen Vergleich zwischen dem alten und dem neuen Recht an. Zum Abschluss erörtert er das Verhältnis von Codex und Recht
