This work is a historico-juridical study on the developement of Major Archiepiscopal Churches in the Church and in canonical literature. Its scope is to explore the origin and growth of this juridical institution in the light of the canonical provision of CCEO. This work will clearly be an inspiration for many to explore new avenues of research on the development of the hierarchical structure of the Oriental Churches. |
